Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded, except in the cases below.

We refund you when

• A file is damaged or missing and we cannot send you a working replacement within 3 business days
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The product is substantially different from its description

How to ask

Email alternatif.ma@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal, usually within 5 business days.

Resell rights kits

A refund ends your license. You must stop using and selling the product, and remove it from any store where you listed it.
